RELON-Kenya’s capacity strengthening program aims to strengthen the organizational and operational capacity of its members:
- Training and Workshops, conduct training sessions and workshops on topics like project management, financial management, and leadership, governance and advocacy skills. As well as organizing the around table discussions to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among RLOs and stakeholders.
- Technical support, provide the technical supports and advice to RLOs on legal issues, advocacy and protection, as well as convening the mentorship programs for RLOs leaders focusing on enhancing their capacity to manage and implement effective refugee support programs.
